Campbell Supply recently joined Affiliated Distributors to take advantage of the e-commerce potential A-D offers to its participating distributors. President Robert Campbell says joining A-D will help his firm better compete in the years ahead. The company's chief product categories include: power and hand tools, hydraulics, abrasives and fasteners. Many of the products sold are serviced and repaired by Campbell staff. Employees benefit from an annual 40 hours of training. Finding the right team of employees is critical for all and rewarding, says Campbell, pointing to his "enjoyment of working with the people we have [and] making sure [they] have a livelihood."
