Campbell Supply Co is seeking an ambitious hardworking person for the position of Outside Sales. Working in the role of Territory Manager/ Outside Sales you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a leading industrial and supplies distributor.  Territory Manager will work both independently and as part of a sales team.

 

Job Responsibilities/Expectations:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Selling industrial and construction supplies business to business
  • Conducting cold calls with manufacturing, maintenance, construction, job sites and other industrial accounts
  • Maintaining and growing the existing customer base
  • Managing account collections for assigned accounts
  • Maintaining and growing customer inventory programs

 

Position Qualifications:

The skills and qualifications required for this position include:

  • 18 years of age or over
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizations skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Desire to earn salary plus commission based off of performance
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
  • The ability to demonstrate Company values of Innovation, Teamwork, Ambition, and Integrity
  • A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • The ability to lift, slide and lower packages that may weigh up to 75lbs
  • Willingness to learn new products and selling techniques
